1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Royalgrind, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. Description of service

Royalgrind is a poker study and training application. It is not a gambling product and does not facilitate real-money wagering of any kind. Royalgrind is designed for post-session analysis and does not provide real-time decision assistance while a hand is in progress.

3. Subscription and billing

• Free features are available without a subscription.
• Pro and Poker Elite subscriptions are available with monthly and yearly billing periods. The exact localized price and period are shown before purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Payment is charged to your storefront account when you confirm the purchase. You can manage or cancel renewal in that storefront's subscription settings.
• A Royalgrind subscription is attached to the signed-in Royalgrind account and unlocks the corresponding tier on supported platforms.
• Refunds are handled per App Store, Google Play, or Paddle policies. Stripe applies only to legacy direct purchases.

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Use the service to build a competing product.
• Share, sell, or transfer your account.
• Upload hand histories that contain personal data of other players in violation of applicable law.

5. Disclaimer

Royalgrind provides analysis tools and educational content. Results from in-game decisions are your own responsibility. We make no guarantees about improved poker performance.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royalgrind and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice.
