How do I import a hand history?+
Open Royalgrind, choose Import, and select a supported text hand-history export. The importer validates the file before adding hands to your private database.
Why did some hands fail to import?+
Formats can change or contain incomplete hands. Send the import report—not your full database—to support and we will help identify the parser issue.
How do I restore a subscription?+
Sign in with the same Royalgrind account and use Restore Purchases in Settings. The store account used for the purchase must also be active on the device.
Does Royalgrind work while I play?+
No. Royalgrind is a post-session study tool. It analyzes completed hand histories and does not provide real-time decision assistance.
How do I delete my account?+
Use Delete Account in Settings or email [email protected]. Account data is scheduled for permanent deletion according to our privacy policy.
